Sr. SAP EWM Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end SAP EWM full-cycle implementations including blueprint, realization, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
· Perform advanced SAP EWM configuration in following areas but not limited to:
o Warehouse structure (WPT, activity areas, storage types, storage sections)
o Inbound processes (ASNs, GR, deconsolidation, Putaway strategies)
o Outbound processes (wave management, picking strategies, packing, staging, loading)
o Next Gen JIT/JIS configuration to support material replenishment
o Cross-docking, yard management, and VAS
o Physical inventory, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation
o Configure and support RF Framework, Mobile Data Entry, and Fiori apps
o Optimize Warehouse Monitor nodes, alerts, and exception handling
· Integrate SAP EWM with:
· SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, FI, QM, PP, TMS)
· SAP MFS for automation and conveyor systems
· External WMS, 3PLs, and carriers via IDocs, RFC, and APIs
· Analyzing the requirements and writing the functional specifications based on the solution design and Process mapping
· Work closely with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects and assist in Unit testing
· Provide Level 3 production support and root-cause analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field from an accredited university.
· 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM Logistics
· Must have at least 2 full life cycles of SAP implementation experience in EWM area.
· In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities and configuration including inbound/internal/outbound processes, warehouse structure, RF framework, stock movements, VAS, Packaging Specifications, physical inventory.
· Familiarity with MM, EWM and TM in the S/4HANA embedded landscape.
· Experience integrating EWM and TM with SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP, as well as external systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, carrier portals).
· Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system and process-related issues quickly.
