Your work profile

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Work extensively on Oracle Fusion O2C and P2P modules and related business processes.
  • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and user stories.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional consultants during development and implementation phases.
  • Support system configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within Oracle Fusion.
  • Analyze incidents/issues and coordinate resolution with support teams.
  • Conduct stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement walkthrough sessions.
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and Oracle Fusion best practices.

Key skills required

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, especially O2C and P2P.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion configurations and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud implementations/support projects.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience handling global stakeholders and large enterprise environments.
