Peoplesoft Tax Update/Critical Patch Updates and Bug Fixes

Peoplesoft PSU Patching

Peoplesoft OS Patching

Peoplesoft environment Refreshes as needed

Maintenance - Monitor and re-organize/restructure

Review Process Monitor and integration broker to ensure availability and adequate performance levels. (PeopleSoft specific)

Monitor and maintain Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle WebLogic (PeopleSoft Specific)

Document daily operating procedures (i.e. object compilation, optimizer statistics).

Monitor Oracle Enterprise Manager environment to identify ERP system inefficiencies and performance issues/problems.

Backup and Recovery

Weekly review and vulnerability remediation

Utilize Service Now to manage incidents, service requests, change requests, problems and vulnerabilities according to our SLAs. When necessary, will engage with Oracle support to address problems.
