Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion O2C Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash processes. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise, consulting skills, and implementation experience across Order Management and related Supply Chain modules while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, implementation, and support activities across Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash modules.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, and business process design sessions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management and related modules to meet business requirements and Oracle best practices.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Configuration Workbooks (CV), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Costing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Tax.
• Support integration design involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOA services, WMS, TMS/OTM, CRM, Salesforce, CPQ, and third-party applications.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Perform impact analysis for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and support regression testing activities.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and support project planning and estimation activities.
