Job Title:  Manager | Oracle | Hyderabad | Engineering | Quality Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion professional with 15+ years of expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), SCM, Financials, and Subscription Management. The role involves leading end-to-end implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion project lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Drive O2C, Procure-to-Pay, and Subscription Management processes across multiple business lines
• Manage UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and release readiness for global implementations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Oversee system integrations across Sales Cloud, CPQ, SCM, Financials, and third-party applications
• Support data migration, system enhancements, and post-production support
• Participate in quarterly patch testing, AI adoption initiatives, and continuous improvement programs

• Integrations: CPQ, OIC, GTM, OTM, Manufacturing, Store systems
• Testing & Quality: E2E Testing, UAT, Defect Management, Release Validation
• Tools: Jira, Zephyr, Confluence
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, PI Planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Scrum (PSM, PSPO) and Oracle/AI foundations
• Strong experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and migrations
• Proven stakeholder management across global and cross-functional teams
