Seeking an experienced HR Transformation PMO professional with 8+ years of experience to lead and govern large-scale HR transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for program planning, governance, stakeholder management, and execution oversight across HR technology and process transformation programs (e.g., HRIS, talent management, payroll, and digital HR platforms). The candidate will drive PMO frameworks, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting, ensuring alignment between HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Experience in managing multi-vendor programs, change management, and enterprise HR system implementations is preferred.
