Job Title:  Manager | SAP Basis | Hyderabad | SAP

SAP Basis Manager with a strong background in S/4HANA Brownfield Migrations to lead and manage SAP Basis operations and transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of SAP technical services, with a key focus on managing brownfield conversion projects from ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage the SAP Basis team, including internal staff and external consultants.
• Define and execute the SAP technical strategy aligned with the organization's digital transformation goals.
• Serve as the technical owner for SAP Basis, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
• Act as the technical lead on brownfield S/4HANA migration projects, overseeing planning, execution, and post-go-live support.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certifications in Basis and/or S/4HANA system administration.
• Experience managing SAP in a regulated industry (e.g., Pharma, Manufacturing, Finance).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP LaMa, or SAP Solution Manager (7.2).
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments and DevOps integration.
