Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and process standardization.
• Lead client workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with business users, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide production support and resolve complex finance-related issues.
• Mentor junior consultants and review solution quality.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards.
• General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Electronic Bank Statements, Automatic Payment Program, Tax Configuration, Financial Closing, Intercompany Accounting, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers, Financial Reporting.
• Lead functional workstreams during implementation projects.
• Manage offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Review functional specifications and solution designs.
• Conduct client presentations and steering committee updates.
• Estimate effort and support proposal activities.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support UAT, Hypercare, and Go-Live activities.
• Multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects.
• Global template rollout experience.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Products, or Life Sciences domain experience.
• Experience working in Agile and SAP Activate methodology. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent.
• SAP FICO Certification (preferred).
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (preferred).

Key skills required

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM
• SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
• Business Partner Integration
• Fiori Applications
• Embedded Analytics
• Financial Closing Cockpit
• Central Finance (good to have)
• 10–15 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP CO, including Product Costing, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Period-End Closing.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
