As a Manager in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PS Functional Expertise

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) module.
• Design and implement:
• Project structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)
• Project planning and scheduling
• Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Project execution, confirmations, and settlements
• Manage project lifecycle from creation to closure.

Project Planning & Cost Control

• Define and manage:
• Cost planning (CJ40 / CJ42 / Fiori apps)
• Revenue planning and billing (for customer projects)
• Budget availability control
• Perform period-end activities:
• Settlement
• Results analysis
• Variance analysis
• Enable real-time project tracking and reporting.

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensure seamless integration with:
• FI/CO (Project cost tracking, settlement, revenue recognition)
• MM (Procurement and material consumption)
• SD (Billing and revenue processes)
• PP (Production and project manufacturing if applicable)
• Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams.

S/4HANA Implementation & Transformation

• Participate in S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and system conversions.
• Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and solution design workshops.
• Lead or contribute to data migration activities.
• Support testing (SIT, UAT) and deployment.

Reporting & Analytics

• Configure and support:
• Project reporting (standard and customized reports)
• Fiori apps and embedded analytics for PS
• Enable real-time dashboards and KPIs for project performance.

Support & Optimization

• Provide L2/L3 production support.
• Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and financial controls.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare functional specifications (FS) and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to solution design standards and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
