Your work profile

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies that may impact sprint goals and project delivery timelines
• Track sprint progress and ensure timely completion of user stories, deliverables, and project objectives
• Support release planning, sprint planning, roadmap execution, and overall Agile project governance
• Prepare and present project status updates, progress reports, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Drive Agile adoption, process optimization, and organizational Agile transformation initiatives.

Key skills required

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Agile teams in Scrum-based environments
• Hands-on experience managing Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize product backlogs
• Ability to identify, manage, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments
• Experience tracking Agile metrics such as Sprint Velocity, Burndown Charts, Lead Time, and Cycle Time
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across Development, QA, DevOps, Business Analysis, and Business teams
• Experience in release planning, sprint execution, roadmap management, and project delivery governance
• Ability to foster transparency, accountability, collaboration, and self-organization within Agile teams
• Experience driving Agile maturity assessments and process improvement initiatives across multiple teams.

Education

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
