Your work profile
Labour Law Compliance
- Support compliance activities related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Assist with statutory filings, challans, registers, and documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews by ensuring data readiness and accuracy.
Multi-Location Coordination
- Liaise with site HR teams and operations managers across locations to collect and validate payroll data.
- Ensure consistency in payroll and compliance processes across offices while accommodating local nuances.
- Track employee movements across locations and ensure correct statutory applicability.
Employee & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee compliance queries.
- Support query resolution with accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders during payroll cycles.
Process Discipline & Documentation
- Maintain payroll and compliance trackers, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Follow defined SOPs and controls; flag risks or discrepancies proactively.
- Support process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing errors and improving turnaround times.
Key skills required:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Indian payroll compliances and labour law compliance.
- Experience supporting high headcount organisations with employees spread across multiple locations.
- Practical working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and payroll compliance processes.
- Exposure to compliance tools; strong Excel skills preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong execution mindset, and ability to work within tight payroll timelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
