Job Title: Senior Associate | Engineering Foundry & Managed Services | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Op
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows (Server 2019, 2022, Windows 10, Windows 11) and Red Hat Linux (RHEL) operating systems.
- Manage server services, filesystems, Active Directory, user management, group policies, and multi-domain integration.
- Deploy, configure, and manage VMware virtualization technologies, including VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite, and VMware Aria.
- Configure and manage Trellix Endpoint Security Solutions.
- Apply security frameworks and industry standards (NIST SP 800-82 Rev. A, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, DoD 8500.01) to ensure compliance and security hardening.
- Utilize cybersecurity tools such as SIEM systems, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and Tenable.SC for vulnerability assessment and compliance.
- Analyze and interpret Windows registry keys, file system artifacts, Active Directory logs, and account permissions.
- Implement IAM principles, including role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and privileged access management.
- Develop and execute scripts (PowerShell, PHP, Python, Bash, JavaScript) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in the IT environment.
- Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and governing entities to troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical & Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration.
- Experience with VMware virtualization and related technologies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance tools.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM and vulnerability scanners.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
