Your work profile  

As a Senior Associate in our Engineering AI & Data Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations. 

Role Description: Salesforce QA 

Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce releases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects. 

Perform functional, regression, integration and end‑to‑end testing for Salesforce features and enhancements. 

Validate Salesforce automation including Flows, validation rules, and Apex triggers. 

Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, payment platforms, custom microservices etc.) using APIs (REST/SOAP). 

Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA; perform root‑cause analysis and collaborate with developers on resolution. 

Support release readiness by validating deployment impacts and post‑release smoke testing. 

Participate in Agile ceremonies, grooming sessions, and requirement reviews to ensure testability and coverage. 

 As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and security. 
• Proven experience in manual and tool-based testing within Salesforce environments. 
• Expertise in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. 
• Ability to design and maintain test plans, test cases, and requirement traceability. 
• Strong experience in defect lifecycle management (triage, severity classification, root cause analysis). 
• Experience testing API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) with Salesforce. 
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools. 
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment. 

Desired qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience  
• Business Experience: 3-7 years of Experience
