Your work profile  

Role Description:  Mid. Tech Program Manager - SAP 

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP and IT project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. 
• Actively contribute to business process consulting by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving implementation strategies. 
• Guide cross-functional teams on project execution, governance, processes, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and operational teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
• Drive full-cycle SAP implementations across multiple modules and business units, ensuring integration and scalability. 
• Oversee SDLC processes and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. 
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to optimize and redesign workflows for improved operational efficiency. 
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track program success and performance. 
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations to keep projects on track. 
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Coordinate global project teams across different geographies and ensure smooth collaboration and communication. 
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite for tracking and reporting. 
• Support proposal development, client training, and internal capability building initiatives. 

  As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

• Strong experience in Technical Program Management or IT Project Management within an SAP environment. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA modules, particularly in Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain. 
• Solid understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, configurations, and best practices in manufacturing/logistics domains. 
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate effectively with development teams. 
• Experience managing complex SAP programs using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. 
• Expertise in measuring program success through business impact analysis, ROI evaluation, and strategic alignment. 
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity PPM, or similar platforms. 
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations effectively. 

Desired qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (EE), or a STEM-related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in project management within IT or SAP environments. 
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple business functions. 
• Strong understanding of sales and supply chain processes in enterprise systems. 
• Familiarity with project governance, reporting structures, and KPI/SLA management. 
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or mobility-related industries is a plus. 
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an added advantage. 
• Experience with enterprise collaboration and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
