Role Description: Mid. Tech Program Manager – SAP
This position requires an expert to contribute to different phases of the project lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, and propose and create the solution. You will guide teams on project processes, and deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail
- Extensive experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Demonstrated success leading and delivering full cycle SAP solutions across multiple modules and business units
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC
- Solid understanding of sales and supply chain processes
- Ability to manage stakeholder and customer expectations for both technical and operational support
- Experience in managing and coordinating technical programs across multiple geographies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly experienced in identifying process gaps, defining/modify processes to solve a problem in operations
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Set up the reporting and governance of the SLAs and KPIs
- Ability to actively identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, drive actions to resolve issues, make critical decisions to keep project on course, and manage escalations
- Proficiency with business applications such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite
Desired qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience leading IT focused cross functional initiatives
- Minimum of a BS in CS, EE or a STEM related degree
