Role Description: IT Business Operations Analyst 

 

  • Lead execution of high-priority, cross-functional special projects across GCC operations, Results Management Office (RMO), vendor governance, innovation programs, and professional services. 
  • Operate as a key partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives that require independent thinking, structured execution, and strategic alignment. 
  • Manage leadership operating cadence, including agenda creation, pre-reads, decision tracking, action logging, and follow-ups. 
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and insights that translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. 
  • Drive vendor innovation initiatives, ensuring structured progression from ideation to pilot, scale, or exit decisions. 
  • Support data governance and reporting by building repeatable processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting frameworks. 
  • Identify inefficient or manual processes and design automation or AI-enabled solutions to improve operational scalability and efficiency. 
  • Proactively assess risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing well-structured options and recommendations for decision-making. 
  • Take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces, leading efforts from problem definition through execution and delivery. 
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across functions, ensuring alignment and effective communication in a dynamic environment. 

 

  

As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

 

  • Strong experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics roles. 
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision. 
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and executive-level governance frameworks. 
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and problem structuring. 
  • Strong ability to connect data insights with business context and strategic outcomes. 
  • Experience in building dashboards, reports, and executive narratives. 
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable, automated solutions. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams. 
  • Comfort working across geographies and time zones in a global delivery environment. 
  • Hands-on mindset with adaptability to evolving priorities and problem areas. 

 

Desired qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, analytics, or program management roles. 
  • Experience working in or supporting a Global Capability Center (GCC) or global delivery organization. 
  • Exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation initiatives. 
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or analytics platforms. 
  • Experience with workflow automation, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting. 
  • Prior consulting or internal transformation program experience is preferred. 
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are an added advantage. 
  • Certifications in data analytics, visualization, or digital transformation tools are a plus.
