Role Description: Mid Full Stack Engineer – GTM 

  

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend features for enterprise-grade web applications and backend services, ensuring high performance and reliability.  
  • Own features end-to-end, from development through deployment, while working under the guidance of senior engineers and gradually taking on more complex technical responsibilities.  
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable production-ready code, following best coding practices and ensuring long-term scalability.  
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces and seamlessly integrate them with backend APIs to deliver efficient and consistent user experiences.  
  • Actively participate in architectural discussions and design reviews, contributing ideas and understanding system-level decisions.  
  • Investigate defects in applications, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective fixes to ensure system stability.  
  • Follow secure coding standards and compliance guidelines to maintain application security and reliability.  
  • Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team, contributing to sprint activities and ensuring timely delivery of features.  
  • Use GenAI-assisted tools to better understand existing codebases, improve productivity, and accelerate development tasks.  
  • Participate in code reviews by both giving and receiving feedback, while also communicating progress, risks, and blockers proactively and collaborating with US-based teams across different time zones. 

 

 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

 

  • Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue, with the ability to build interactive and responsive user interfaces.  
  • Backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js, supporting the creation of scalable and efficient server-side applications.  
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices architecture, enabling development of modular, maintainable, and service-oriented systems.  
  • Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL / NoSQL), including data storage, retrieval, and integration with application layers.  
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred), supporting deployment and management of applications in cloud environments.  
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD concepts, enabling streamlined development, testing, and deployment processes.  
  • Experience working with Git-based workflows and Agile methodologies, ensuring effective version control, team collaboration, and iterative development.  
  • Interest in learning scalable system design and cloud-native architectures, with a willingness to grow into more advanced technical responsibilities. 

 

 

Desired qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • Strong alignment with Agile team collaboration practices. 
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD concepts. 
  • Business Experience: 3-7 Years of experience.
