Your work profile  

Role Description: Mid Engineer - AUCTUS  

• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend features for enterprise-grade web applications and backend services.  
• Own features end-to-end while working under the guidance of senior engineers and progressively taking on more complex technical responsibilities.  
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable production-ready code.  
• Build responsive user interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs.  
• Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews.  
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.  
• Follow secure coding standards and compliance guidelines.  
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team.  
• Use GenAI-assisted tools to understand codebases and accelerate development.  
• Participate in code reviews, apply feedback, communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively, and collaborate with US-based teams across time zones. 

As a prospective candidate, you should possess: 

• Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.  
• Backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.  
• Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.  
• Basic understanding of database concepts such as SQL and NoSQL.  
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.  
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD concepts.  
• Experience working with Git-based workflows and Agile methodologies, along with an interest in learning scalable system design and cloud-native architectures. 

Desired qualifications 

• Bachelor's in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. 
• Experience working in Agile development environments.  
• Ability to grow into increasingly complex technical responsibilities. 
• Business Experience: 4-6 Years of experience.
