Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Agile Scrum Master | Hyderabad | Engineering

We are seeking a Scrum Master with strong technical acumen to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine Agile leadership and hands-on technical understanding to drive efficient sprint planning, remove impediments, and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Guide teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog, define sprint goals, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Identify and remove delivery roadblocks, fostering a culture of ownership and transparency.
• Track and communicate sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and deployment cycles.
• Support estimation and planning by leveraging technical insights to improve predictability.
• Drive adoption of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, code quality, and system dependencies when needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Architecture) for seamless end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or higher) is mandatory.
• 7–12 years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
