Role & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & SAP Solution Architecture

·       Translate complex business objectives into robust, scalable technical frameworks and BI solution architectures.

·       Design, build, and deploy advanced dashboards and visual reporting systems using Google Data Studio, Google Plx and utilize Google Gemini to bring AI capabilities in BI solutions.

·       Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and model data across enterprise data warehouses.

·       Author detailed technical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Technical Design documents and solution prototypes.

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Consulting

·       Interface directly with business leaders, inter and intra departmental Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set delivery expectations.

·       Conduct primary and secondary Market Research to produce actionable marketing intelligence and competitive analysis about Industry trends and patterns.

·       Utilise Software Development Life Cycle (SAP SDLC) to drive process optimization and operational cost reduction while designing & developing BI reporting solutions.

Project & Delivery Management

·       Lead end-to-end project coordination, setting technical timelines, managing task prioritization, and defining key project milestones.

·       Define and track project health metrics, ensuring all deliverables align strictly with client objectives and scope boundaries.

·       Identify operational bottlenecks and volunteer for process improvement initiatives across SAP Logistics & Supply Chain operations within BI operations
