Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced PLM 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) Platform Upgrade & Integration Lead to drive the end-to-end upgrade of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems including SAP ERP/S4HANA and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). The role will be responsible for program planning, solution architecture, deployment, integration governance, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT teams, and external system integrators to modernize the digital thread across Product Development, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Operations.

Key Responsibilities

3DEXPERIENCE Platform Upgrade

• Lead the end-to-end upgrade of the PLM platform from existing ENOVIA/3DX versions to the target 3DEXPERIENCE release.
• Perform upgrade impact assessment, platform readiness review, and migration planning.
• Define upgrade strategy, architecture, environments, and deployment roadmap.
• Manage data migration, model conversion, customizations remediation, and platform validation.
• Ensure minimal business disruption during upgrade execution and cutover.

Enterprise Integration Management

• Design and govern integration architecture between:
• 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA
• SAP ECC / S4HANA
• MES platforms
• CAD systems
• Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, TIBCO, etc.)
• Establish Product Lifecycle Digital Thread connecting Engineering, Manufacturing, and ERP processes.
• Oversee integration development, API design, data mapping, and interface testing.

SAP Integration

• Enable synchronization of:
• Material Master
• BOM (Engineering & Manufacturing BOM)
• Change Management
• Documents and Specifications
• Routing and Manufacturing Data
• Ensure alignment between PLM and SAP master data governance processes.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

MES Integration

• Define integration framework between PLM and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Enable flow of manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, process plans, and change records.
• Support manufacturing digitalization and shop-floor connectivity initiatives.
• Ensure traceability from design through production.

Project & Program Management

• Develop project plans, milestones, risk registers, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, system integrators, and software vendors.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and executive reporting.
• Conduct steering committee reviews and status reporting.

Testing & Deployment

• Lead SIT, UAT, performance testing, and regression testing activities.
• Define cutover, rollback, and business continuity plans.
• Ensure successful production deployment and stabilization.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish data governance and integration standards.
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and audit requirements are met.
• Maintain project documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Key skills required

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in PLM implementations and upgrades.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale PLM upgrade programs.
• Proven experience integrating PLM with SAP and MES systems.
