Work Profile

• Provide strategic and technical expertise across the agriculture value chain, including production, aggregation, marketing, and market access.
• Analyze and strengthen agriculture produce marketing systems, including value chain optimization and market linkages.
• Support the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability within the agriculture ecosystem.
• Engage with government agencies, private sector stakeholders, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), cooperatives, and other ecosystem partners.
• Conduct market assessments, value chain analyses, and develop recommendations to enhance agricultural outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting assignments in line with Deloitte's quality standards.

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the agriculture sector.
• Demonstrated experience working across the agriculture value chain and agriculture produce marketing.
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets, value chain development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

Education

• MBA from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the agriculture sector.
