Your work Profile

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer with 5–8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of ODI, Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL, along with experience in data warehousing and ETL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Develop ODI Interfaces/Mappings, Packages, Procedures, Variables, Knowledge Modules (KMs), Load Plans, and Scenarios.
• Design and implement data integration workflows for enterprise data warehouse and reporting solutions.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data transformation, and data validation activities.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance issues, and data quality problems.
• Optimize ODI mappings and database performance for large-volume data processing.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and production deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable ETL solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) development.
• Strong expertise in ODI 11g and/or ODI 12c.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c or later.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, and data warehousing methodologies.
• Experience with ODI Knowledge Modules (LKM, IKM, CKM, JKM).
• Hands-on experience with Load Plans, Packages, Variables, Procedures, and Scenarios.
• Experience in performance tuning of ODI mappings and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of data quality, data validation, and reconciliation techniques.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Experience using Git or other version control tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE.
• Experience with Oracle GoldenGate or Oracle Data Integrator for real-time integration.
• Exposure to cloud-based data integration and migration projects.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality tools.
• Oracle ODI Certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) certification is preferred.
