Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction designs.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end code using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX development.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid experience with UI/UX tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of Design Systems, User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integration.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive designs.
