Job Title:  Senior Consultant | SAP FICO | Hyderabad | SAP

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant with over 6-10 years of comprehensive SAP FICO experience to lead complex SAP transformations and strategic projects. The candidate will be responsible for defining SAP FICO strategies, driving best practices, and delivering high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale SAP FI implementations, rollouts, and global support initiatives.
• Define SAP FICO strategy in alignment with business goals and IT roadmap.
• Drive process improvements and optimizations across procurement and inventory functions.
• Provide expert-level consulting to C-suite and business leaders on SAP FI capabilities and benefits.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including scope, budget, and risk management.
• Mentor and lead teams of SAP FI consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance, and audit requirements.
• Stay updated with SAP FI innovations and drive adoption of new functionalities.
• Solution SME  
• Lead the Project team for S/4 Hana migration & Implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Engineering or Business Administration.
• Extensive SAP FICO consulting experience with a track record of successful projects.
• Deep understanding of procurement, inventory, warehouse management, and invoice verification processes.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational change.
