Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.     

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Progressive Testing activities aligned with Salesforce implementation and release cycles.
• Define and implement testing strategy covering Functional Testing, Regression, API Testing, Automation, and Exploratory Testing.
• Drive Shift-Left Testing practices including test design during grooming and sprint phases.
• Create and maintain test artifacts including test cases, regression suites, automation scripts, and traceability metrics.
• Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce modules and integrated systems.
• Leverage tools such as SOQL, Developer Console, Workbench to validate data, triggers, flows, and LWC validations.
• Ensure test alignment with Salesforce release calendar, sandbox refresh cycles, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Business, Salesforce Admins, Developers, DevOps, and Product Owners.
• Identify risks, defects, and performance bottlenecks and support triage, resolution, and retesting.
• Support UAT cycles with test data preparation, defect triaging, and end-user validation guidance.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• 5–8 years of Salesforce testing experience across enterprise environments.
• Strong testing experience with:
