Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Salesforce | Hyderabad | Sales & Service

Key Responsibilities

• Lead System Integration Testing activities for Salesforce releases, enhancements, and transformation programs.
• Develop SIT strategy, scope, test plans, and entry/exit criteria aligned with business requirements.
• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and integration workflows involving Salesforce and external systems.
• Validate API and integration flows (REST/SOAP, middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Identify data requirements and work with functional teams to prepare test data set across environments.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce DevOps and deployment lifecycle including sandbox management.
• Track, manage, and prioritize defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Admins, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Lead daily test status reporting, traceability coverage, risks, and mitigation updates.
• Support Regression Testing, UAT, and Release Readiness activities when needed.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• 5–8 years in software testing, with minimum 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem testing.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Apps.
• Proficient in:
• Salesforce Flows, LWC validations, Apex triggers, Automation rules
• SOQL/SOSL queries for validation
• Experience testing integrations using:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, SnapLogic, etc.)
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, qTest, or PractiTest.
• Exposure to Salesforce test automation tools (optional but preferred), such as:
• Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, Tricentis, ACCELQ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certification(s) such as:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Platform App Builder or Testing-oriented credentials (preferred)
• ISTQB, Agile Tester, or other QA certifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
