Senior QA Tester – ServiceNow (SPM) | 5+ Years Experience, based out in Hyderabad


We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior QA Tester with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications, including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules, a solid understanding of QA practices, and the ability to design comprehensive test strategies for complex business workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute QA activities for ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SPM modules such as:
  • Demand Management
  • Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Resource Management
  • Financial Planning / Project Financials
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices aligned with business requirements.
  • Perform functional, system, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ServiceNow features and enhancements.
  • Validate end‑to‑end workflows, data integrity, access roles, UI functionality, SLA logic, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Log, track, and validate defects using industry‑standard tools; work closely with Dev teams to verify fixes.
  • Ensure testing follows established QA processes, documentation standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Test AI‑enhanced functionalities within Now Assist for SPM and validate recommendation accuracy.
  • Perform testing of integrations between SPM and other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM) or external systems.
  • Provide QA sign‑off for releases and support post‑deployment verification.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/testing ServiceNow applications.

  • Experience in manual testing; automation testing experience (ATF) is a plus.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
