ServiceNow Senior Consultant SPM, based out in Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and working knowledge of Now Assist for SPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Planning.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, calculation engines, and dashboards to enable effective SPM processes.
• Utilize Now Assist for SPM to implement AI-driven insights, automation, and best practices.
• Assist in Portfolio governance setup, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and project lifecycle workflows.
• Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators for project and portfolio visibility.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams on integrations with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.
• Support testing cycles, UAT, deployment activities, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and best practices to clients and team members.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM / ITBM modules.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Demand Management
• Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Resource Management
• Financial Planning (desired)
• Experience working with Now Assist for SPM or awareness of AI features within ServiceNow.
• Skilled in designing and configuring forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and process automation.
