Skills

• Program & project management: manage scope, milestones, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Cross-functional coordination: align product, engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders; drive decisions and remove blockers.
• Risk & dependency management: maintain RAID logs, dependency maps, and mitigation plans; anticipate downstream impacts and escalate early.
• Agile/Scrum delivery: partner with Scrum Masters/POs, support PI/sprint planning, and ensure predictable release execution.
• Stakeholder communication: provide clear status, executive-ready updates, and escalation management; facilitate alignment in ambiguous situations.
• Data-driven reporting: define KPIs, dashboards, and delivery metrics; drive accountability via action tracking and outcome measurement.
• Vendor/third-party coordination: manage external dependencies, deliverables, and integration timelines with appropriate governance.
• Program governance: run steering updates, decision logs, and change control to keep scope, timelines, and expectations aligned.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs (multi-team, multi-system) with measurable outcomes and clear governance.
• Experience managing dependencies across business, product, and engineering, including sequencing, integration planning, and coordinated releases.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments by clarifying goals, forming plans, and iterating with stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive communication, conflict resolution, and structured escalation when needed.
• Experience managing timelines and resource allocation (capacity planning, staffing plans, and delivery forecasts).
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively using RAID logs, contingency planning, and dependency management.
• Experience with vendor/third-party coordination, including contracts/SOW milestones, integration readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Background in payments, fintech, or regulated environments with an understanding of compliance, audit needs, and operational controls.
• Strong data-driven decision making and reporting (KPIs, burn-up/down, dependency tracking, and executive summaries).
• Excellent communication and escalation management skills; able to drive alignment, document decisions, and ensure follow-through.
