Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, process design, and delivery alignment across complex enterprise technology workstreams at Edward Jones. The ideal candidate will bring deep analytical skills, financial services knowledge, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams.

 

Key Responsabilities:

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and data flow diagrams
  • Design and analyse data definitions, usage, and flows across enterprise systems
  • Create business cases, process redesign recommendations, and impact assessments
  • Serve as functional lead in technical implementation of agreed solutions
  • Facilitate UAT — prepare test scenarios, coordinate testing, and track defects to closure
  • Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines without direct authority
  • Communicate complex business cases and system concepts clearly to firm leadership
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools
  • Develop project plans or execute pre-existing delivery plans

Required Skills:

  • Any UG/PG Degree.
  • 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology delivery
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for prototyping and scenario modelling
  • Proficiency with Tableau, BI tools, and reporting technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and enterprise system integration
  • Ability to diagram complex business processes, data flows, and system architectures
  • Expert troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
  • Strong prioritisation and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CBAP or equivalent certification is advantageous
  • Financial Services domain experience preferred
