Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Database Administrator with strong expertise in managing on-premise MongoDB deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, security, and high availability of MongoDB databases in production environments.

  Key skills required: 

• Any graduate/ post graduate with mini,um 6+ years of work experience.
• Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB clusters in on-premise environments.
• Manage replica sets, sharding, and high availability configurations.
• Perform backup and restore operations using MongoDB tools (e.g., mongodump, mongorestore, Ops Manager).
• Monitor database performance and implement indexing strategies and query optimization.
• Ensure data security, including authentication, authorization, and SSL/TLS encryption.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with development teams for schema design and performance improvements.
• Maintain documentation for database architecture, processes, and SOPs.
