Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end deployment and commissioning of telecom passive infrastructure, including power systems (rectifiers, batteries, UPS, DG), shelters, and towers.
• Design and optimize site power solutions based on load requirements, grid availability, and scalability needs.
• Experience in operations & maintenance (O&M) of telecom passive infrastructure.
• Understanding of battery lifecycle management (VRLA/Li-ion), including sizing, health monitoring, and replacement planning.
• Knowledge of efficient DG operations and fuel management, including monitoring, controls, and compliance with environmental norms.
• Utilize remote monitoring systems (EMS/NMS/IoT) for proactive fault detection, RCA, and performance tracking.Manage vendors and stakeholders, including coordination with project implementation agency, third part agency, etc.
• Understanding of safety standards, grounding, lightning protection, and regulatory requirements across sites.
• Bachelors or Masters in any field
