Role Overview:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments and digital wallet solutions, from strategy definition to execution and continuous optimization. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and seamless payment experiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap

    • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payments and digital wallet offerings
    • Prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and market trends
  • End-to-End Product Ownership

    • Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
    • Track performance metrics and continuously iterate to improve transaction success rates and user experience
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
    • Align product objectives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Customer & Market Insight

    • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and usage patterns to identify improvement opportunities
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in payments
  • Performance & Optimization

    • Measure KPIs such as transaction success rate, latency, conversion, and fraud rates
    • Optimize payment flows, checkout experience, and wallet usability
  • Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements
    • Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to mitigate fraud and operational risk
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or digital wallet products
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (UPI, cards, wallets, gateways, etc.)
  • Ability to work with data analytics and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of compliance, security, and regulatory frameworks in financial systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and user-centric mindset
  • 8+ years of experience
  • 4 days/week work from office in Hyderabad

Education: B.Tech/ MBA/ BE/MCA
