Your work profile
- Design, configure, and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
- Manage deployments across Salesforce environments including Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Implement and maintain branching, version control, promotion, and back-promotion strategies.
- Automate Salesforce deployments, validation, testing, and release processes.
- Work with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX/Source Format, Git, and Copado pipelines.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts, metadata dependencies, and release issues.
- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, quality gates, governance, and release controls.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, Business Analysts, and Release Managers.
- Support production releases, rollback strategies, hotfixes, and environment synchronization.
- Monitor and continuously improve deployment processes, release velocity, and pipeline reliability.
Key skills required:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps / Release Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Copado DevOps.
- Good understanding of Salesforce development and metadata management.
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce environments, sandboxes, deployment dependencies, and release management.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce deployment and pipeline issues.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Copado certification(s).
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, or Application Architect.
- Experience integrating Copado with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Jira, Azure DevOps, or other enterprise tools.
- Experience with automated testing, security scanning, and DevOps governance.
Desired Qualifications:
- 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
- At least 4-5 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
Location and Way of Working:
- Base location: PAN India
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
