Job Description:

1. Closely work with Leadership for developing, documenting and continuously assessing and communicating strategy.
2. Tracking, driving transformation initiatives by closely working with practice leadership
3. Support in driving strategy and execution of practice initiatives
4. Develop and report practice KPIs, develop and drive improvements to enable effectiveness of practice.
5. Develop and publish practice communication – crafted across level to effectively communicate practice priorities across levels.
6. Support driving eminence by developing and collaborating for media opportunities, events and social media
7. Organize team connects, all-hands and leadership connects.
8. Develop and deliver regular practice communications - monthly, quarterly, periodic newsletters, etc.
9. Collaborate with internal functions like operations, talent to support practice matters. Seeking and publishing nominations for organizational initiatives.
10. 
    

Skill required:

1. Excellent and above average communication, presentation and excel skills. Analytical mindset and ability to quickly learn and adapt to role.
2. Prior experience in practice management or as chief of staff.
3. Prior experience in Technology Business is an added advantage.
