Your work profile

• As Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
• 8–12 years of experience in Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, or Identity Security.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and federation technologies.
• Experience implementing IAM governance frameworks and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Strong understanding of SOX, ITGC, and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
• Experience leading global teams and managing large-scale identity environments.
• Proven track record in IAM transformation and modernization programs.
• Large-scale identity ecosystem supporting 165,000+ user accounts globally.
• Lead Active Directory architecture transformation initiatives to improve security, scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Critical authentication platform supporting business-critical and SOX-relevant applications.
• Extensive SSO integration landscape requiring secure and compliant access management.
• Ongoing IAM transformation initiatives focused on governance, automation, privileged access management, and identity modernization.
• High visibility with cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and executive stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, and corporate cybersecurity requirements.
• Implement and maintain identity security controls, privileged access governance, and role-based access models.
• Govern joiner, mover, and leaver processes to ensure timely and compliant access management.
• Drive remediation of audit findings, security assessments, and identity-related risks.
• Establish and maintain identity governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support Zero Trust and least-privilege security initiatives.
• Lead and manage the AD & IAM team, including operational and project activities.
• Define team objectives, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop identity management specialists.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across identity services.
• Manage service providers and external partners where applicable
• Oversee the administration, availability, and performance of Active Directory services.
• Manage hybrid identity environments, including Microsoft Entra ID and synchronization services.
• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and directory services across the enterprise.
• Lead Active Directory transformation, consolidation, and modernization initiatives.
• Standardize identity management processes and security controls across all supported environments.

Key skills required: 

• 8 to 12 years of experience working in experience in implementing Entra ID
• B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields 
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, AZ-500)
• Experience with Identity Governance, PIM, and Access Reviews
• Exposure to Hybrid identity (AD Connect / Cloud Sync)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture
