Your work profile

Deloitte is looking for an experienced AWS+GCP Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-based data solutions. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to build modern data pipelines, data lakes, and analytics platforms supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

• 8 + years of experience in AWS and GCP expertise
• AWS: IAM, Lambda, S3, RDS, Redshift
• GCP: BigQuery, optimization and cost management
• Data Engineering Tooling
• Data pipeline development
• Advanced SQL
• DBT Cloud experience (models, SCDs, tests, macros)
• Airflow workflows , GitHub, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools, Terraform or CloudFormation

• Data quality frameworks
• Python
• Data modelling (facts/dimensions, SCDs)
• Cloud security and IAM best practices
• BigQuery tuning
• DBT governance
• Airflow optimization
• Cross-cloud pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Education - B. tech / BE in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Success Metrics

• 8 + years of experience in AWS and GCP expertise

Location and way of working:

• Base location: Hyderabad / Gurgaon
