Your work profile

• Collaborate within a global innovation team to design, develop, test, and implement full-stack solutions using SAPUI5/Fiori, AI, and cloud technologies.
• Build and validate Generative and Agentic AI systems, applying advanced techniques across model design, automation pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Design and prototype LLM-based scenarios through proof-of-concepts leveraging SAP AI Business Technology Platform (BTP), GenAI Hub, and AI Core.
• Work closely with SAP Business AI, Joule, and SAP SuccessFactors product teams to drive AI adoption and integration into user workflows.
• Explore cutting-edge AI and UI/UX trends, integrating new ideas to enhance usability and innovation in SAP’s HR solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from design and coding to testing, deployment, and production support.

Key skills required: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, with a strong background in SAPUI5/Fiori,  AI integration, and cloud platforms.
• Proven expertise in developing Fiori applications and custom SAPUI5 components integrated with AI-powered back-end services.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI, ML, or data science capabilities into enterprise software applications such as SAP solutions using BTP, AI-Core, or GenAI Hub.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-based architectures for business applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (SAPUI5, Fiori, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, jQuery, XML) and back-end development in Python or similar languages.
• Experience working with databases (RDBMS, key-value, or document stores); SAP HANA experience is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and integration principles. A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a global, collaborative environment.
