Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, practitioner will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty supportI TDA professional should have

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze learning and development needs.
  • Design and manage learning programs, curricula, items, and user roles within LMS.
  • Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the LMS platform.
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Train end-users and create documentation for system usage and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Stay updated with SAP LMS releases and recommend improvements.

 

Key skills required:  

  • 5–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of learning management processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with LMS configuration including learning items, curricula, programs, and assignments.
  • Familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards and content integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite and its integration points.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
