Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, practitioner will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty supportI TDA professional should have
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze learning and development needs.
- Design and manage learning programs, curricula, items, and user roles within LMS.
- Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to the LMS platform.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Train end-users and create documentation for system usage and processes.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Stay updated with SAP LMS releases and recommend improvements.
Key skills required:
- 5–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of learning management processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience with LMS configuration including learning items, curricula, programs, and assignments.
- Familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards and content integration.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors suite and its integration points.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
