Your work profile
As a Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Platform Implementation & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of the Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform.
- Configure and optimize key modules including:
- Career Site
- Candidate CRM
- Chatbot & Conversational AI
- Campaign Management
- Talent Analytics
- Drive personalization strategies for candidate journeys.
- Manage integrations with ATS, HRIS, and third-party systems.
Recruitment Process & Candidate Experience
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to streamline hiring workflows.
- Improve candidate engagement through automated campaigns, events, and targeted outreach.
- Optimize job distribution, landing pages, and SEO strategies.
- Implement chatbot flows to enhance candidate interaction and reduce drop-offs.
- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and recommend improvements.
Technical & Integration Expertise
- Work closely with IT and vendors to manage system integrations (ATS, HR systems, SSO, APIs).
- Support data migration, system configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain data integrity and ensure platform performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Phenom support.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and recruitment analytics reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, and candidate engagement.
- Leverage AI-driven insights to refine recruitment marketing strategies.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR and regional data laws).
- Maintain platform governance, access controls, and user roles.
- Establish best practices for recruitment marketing and CRM usage.
Key skills required:
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Technology or HR Systems.
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering the Phenom platform.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience integrating Phenom with ATS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing, CRM workflows, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with career site configuration and CMS management.
- Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools and automation strategies.
- Background in employer branding and digital recruitment marketing.
- Experience working in global, multi-country recruitment environments
