Your work profile
As a Manager, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the SF system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for Phenom across global recruitment operations.
- Design scalable and reusable frameworks for:
- Career Sites & CMS
- Candidate CRM
- AI Chatbots & Conversational Flows
- Campaign & Event Management
- Talent Communities
- Internal Mobility
- Develop global template models for multi-country rollouts.
- Own architectural governance, technical design documentation, and solution standards.
Technical Design & Integrations
- Architect integrations between Phenom and:
- ATS platforms ( SAP SuccessFactors)
- HRIS systems
- Identity management (SSO, SAML)
- Marketing automation tools
- Job boards and third-party vendors
- Lead API-based integrations and middleware design.
- Define data flow, data governance, and replication strategies.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and high availability.
- Oversee UAT, deployment strategy, and release governance.
AI & Automation Strategy
- Design AI-driven personalization strategies across candidate journeys.
- Architect chatbot conversational frameworks for candidate engagement and pre-screening.
- Leverage Phenom AI for:
- Job recommendations
- Talent rediscovery
- Automated nurture campaigns
- Predictive analytics
Recruitment Transformation Leadership
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to transform recruitment processes using digital-first strategies.
- Define future-state recruitment operating model leveraging Phenom capabilities.
- Establish recruitment marketing automation frameworks.
- Drive adoption strategy and user enablement programs.
Analytics & Governance
- Design enterprise-level dashboards and analytics frameworks.
- Define KPI measurement standards (conversion, source effectiveness, pipeline velocity, candidate engagement).
- Ensure GDPR and regional data privacy compliance.
- Establish access controls, audit mechanisms, and governance structures.
Key skills required:
- 8-12+ years of experience in HR Technology / Talent Acquisition Systems.
- 3+ large-scale implementations of Phenom or similar Talent Experience platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
- Experience architecting global, multi-country deployments.
- Strong API, integration, and data architecture knowledge.
- Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience in Integrating Phenom with SuccessFactors, Workday ecosystem.
- Exposure to employer branding and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in Recruitment CRM and transformation programs.
- Background in cloud architecture and enterprise SaaS solutions design.
