Deloitte’s Human Capital practice partners with clients to solve their most critical HR, talent, and organisation challenges. We bring together research, analytics, and industry-leading insights to design and deliver future-ready solutions.
Work you’ll do
As we continue to grow our SAP SuccessFactors practice, we are looking for professionals across all modules and experience levels, including:
- Employee Central
- Talent Suite (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation, LMS)
- Workforce Management
- People Analytics / Reporting
- Payroll / Time
- Integrations & Technology
- Joule, WorkZone, Talent Intelligence Hub
- Any other SuccessFactors specialization
Whether you are an experienced consultant or early in your SF journey, there is a place for you here.
Skills and qualifications
- SuccessFactors certification in any module is preferred
- Hands-on experience in implementation, support, design, or transformation projects
- Strong process understanding and ability to work in global delivery environments
- Passion for HR technology and a drive to create meaningful client impact
- Collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
