Job Title:  T&T - OIDS - Manager - Domain Expert - Hyderabad

Our practice spans across business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management, and next-generation analytics and technologies including big data, cloud, cognitive technologies, and machine learning.

Your Work Profile

• We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in Labour, Employment, or Welfare sectors.
• Strong experience in domain-related research, documentation, policy analysis, and reporting.
• Experience working with government clients and handling government projects.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including government departments, consultants, and implementation teams.
• Support project execution, monitoring, compliance, and advisory activities.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Skill Development initiatives, labour welfare policies, and workforce management programs.
• Experience in Advisory and Consulting assignments for government or public sector projects.
• Hands-on experience in Procurement processes, RFP preparation, vendor management, and bid evaluation.
• Expertise in Bid Management including proposal preparation, tender documentation, compliance checks, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven experience in Project Management, project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and risk management.
• Good understanding of Labour Welfare schemes and regulations.
• Experience in BoCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) related initiatives, welfare board operations, registrations, and scheme implementation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech / MBA / Post Graduate Degree
