Your work profile.

 

As a Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

As a PAM Engineer in the team, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for designing,

developing, and implementing solutions leveraging the PAM tools such as CyberArk, Delinea and

BeyondTrust. You will work closely with the project managers and team members to ensure successful

delivery of privileged access management solutions to our clients.

 

·       You will bring valuable insights and skills to our team as we navigate complex Privileged

·       Access Management (PAM) challenges.

·       You will implement and configure PAM tools – CyberArk, Delinea and Beyond Trust in alignment

·       with security best practices and organizational requirements.

·       You will develop and maintain PAM workflows, roles, and access controls to ensure secure

·       and compliant access to critical systems and data.

·       You will provide technical support and guidance to teams regarding PAM-related issues.

·       You are expected to have an in-depth understanding of Privileged Access Management

·       (PAM) and the associated principles, policies, processes, and tools.

·       You will collaborate with IT and business teams to define and enforce policies for Privilege

·       Access Management.

·       You will participate in the planning and execution of PAM-related projects and initiatives.

·       You will need to handle escalations with senior members of Global Businesses and Global

·       Functions, along with stakeholder management.

·       You will establish service standards and procedures to sustain the agreed service levels.

 

Desired qualifications  

·       Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

·       9+ years of experience working in PAM Domain with minimum 4 years of implementation experience in Privileged Access Management.

·       Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well-developed analytical reasoning and

communication skills Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.

·       Leadership with confidence and an ability to inspire others - capable of leading and

motivating a team of high calibre individuals into new challenges.

·       Acts as a point of reference and can respond to day-to-day direction, financial and operational queries.

·       Able to assess impact of decisions and propose reasoned recommendations.

·       Proven experience overseeing operational approaches and tools and assessing effectiveness.

 

Location and way of working  

      Base location: PAN India

      This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
