Key skills required

1. TOSCA Automation (Across All Application Types)

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tosca and Tosca Cloud.
• Automate testing for Web, Mobile, API, Desktop, SAP, SuccessFactors, ERP, CRM, BPM, packaged, and custom applications.
• Conduct automation feasibility assessments and develop reusable automation components.
• Support end-to-end testing cycles including Functional Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and UAT.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, analyze defects, and collaborate with development and business teams.
• Prepare automation metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
  
  

2. SAP SuccessFactors Automation (Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience automating SAP SuccessFactors modules using Tosca.
• Experience validating SuccessFactors business processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Ability to create robust automation solutions for SuccessFactors upgrades, regression testing, and release validation.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors testing best practices and enterprise HR systems.
  
  

3. Domain & Application Expertise (Good to Have)

• • Experience working across complex enterprise ecosystems with multiple integrated applications.
  • Understanding of business processes across various industries.
  • Apply automation best practices, risk-based testing approaches, and effective test design techniques.
    
    
    

Education 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
