Core Requirements
- Understanding of finance systems and processes (fund accounting, private credit)
- Advanced SQL and database experience
- Hands-on experience with dbt & BigQuery
- Knowledge of Data Mesh / domain-oriented architecture
- Data modelling expertise (dimensional modelling)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Excel)
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Knowledge of data governance and CDMC controls
- Data quality management practices
Data Manager will design, deliver, and maintain governed finance data products supporting fund
management operations.
- Define and prototype data models
- Ensure strong documentation, data quality and governance
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams
- Define and enforce governance policies
- Produce data lineage, dictionary, mapping, classification and ownership artifacts
