Skills
Relevant working knowledge in the retail banking domain, applicable set of products
Basic understanding of the product & customer life cycle stages
Hands on experience with SAS, Python, Altair, GCP, Looker, Power BI to understand and decrypt the STM mappings/derive the KPIs
Preferred to have Data & Analytics experience
Job Purpose
Within the SRT practice, the Analytics group is designed to take a risk based, analytics approach help clients improve performance and operating efficiency. We work closely and collaboratively with our clients, providing the full range of analytics services. Supporting statutory and Internal Auditors to be effective and efficient through usage of analytics. Beyond this, significant part of the services is in Risk Assessment, Control Compliance, CFO dashboard, solving business problem through analytics for respective Industry vertical through CCM / CTM, Contract Risk and Compliance
Skills & Experience Required:
Domain Specialists:
1. Closely work with Domain Managers and business requester to understand the requirement.
2. Collaborate with global teams and market D&A teams to gather the requirement and create a backlog.
3. Deep dive at the data element level to create the quality source to target mapping.
4. Take the accountability on the output validation and the UAT support.
5. Strong collaboration with Tech team, Project Manager and delivery lead.
Job Requirements
1. Sufficient understanding of data domain and a complete data life cycle.
2. In-Depth understanding of Banking products , Customer and product related metrics.
3. Experience in requirements Gathering, Data analysis, Data quality monitoring and Data lineage.
4. Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and leads.
5. Clear communication and presentation skills
6. Strong in SQL.
§ Graduates (B.Tech / B.E) with relevant experience can also be considered.
§ M.Sc.IT, MBA, M.Tech, MCA, Any PG
