Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed procedure for data & document uploading by the contractors
• Carry out uploading, validation and integration of the project data/ documents submitted by contractors
• Carry out master tag registry updation
• Handle request from contractors for data related issues
• Source data clean-up and data backup
• Maintain Issue Logs for contractors issues, change requests

 Profile #2: Project dashboard and MIS Expert - 1 No

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

Location: Kochi

Role Overview: Manage project reporting and MIS dashboard

Requirements: Experience in implementing project control tower and MIS dashboards including data integrations, min. 8 years of relevant experience and min. 4 years experience in project controls of large capital projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of projects and help in meeting engagement objectives set with the client
• Develop report templates to publish weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative status of data
• Generate project MIS, dashboards, and periodic project progress reports
• Assist in defining and implementation of project governance processes
• Conduct periodic reviews with client leadership and execution teams
• Analyse project performance for identification and resolution of critical bottlenecks
• Support project execution by developing strategies to optimize project cost and cycle time
• Review productivity at site and suggest means to improve the same
• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation
