Your work profile

• Manage delivery of projects and help in meeting engagement objectives set with the client
• Develop report templates to publish weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative status of data
• Generate project MIS, dashboards, and periodic project progress reports
• Assist in defining and implementation of project governance processes
• Conduct periodic reviews with client leadership and execution teams
• Analyse project performance for identification and resolution of critical bottlenecks
• Support project execution by developing strategies to optimize project cost and cycle time
• Review productivity at site and suggest means to improve the same
• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation

Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Oil & Gas plant projects.
• Strong expertise in project management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in implementing project controls functions, including project monitoring, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in developing MIS dashboards and reporting solutions, particularly using Microsoft Power BI.
• Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred for this role

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) 

Location and Way of Working: 

• Base location: Kochi and Work from office (Initial few months requires work from office from Delhi/NCR)
